Another great Jen recipe!! Followed the recipe except I couldn’t find Italian breadcrumbs so added plain breadcrumbs with a heaping 1/4 tsp of Italian seasoning & the flavours were awesome! It was the best meatloaf I’ve had. The cheese makes the meatloaf very moist and tasty! It’s a keeper!!! Excellent results every time & everyone loved this meatloaf! I topped it off with a glaze (1/2 cup ketchup, 4 tbsp brown sugar, 3 tbsp whit vinegar) when I turned the oven temperature up for the remaining 15 minutes. The only change I made was using the grease of the morning’s bacon with ground beef. I made this meatloaf and it is so delicious! For the first time I find recipes that I love making and taste GREAT!
